From the heart of the Louisiana delta, our family has worked hard to supply our customers with what we consider to be the finest soups, dips, breads and chicken salad mixes on the market. Our experience in the food business is not new. We have prided ourselves on quality, taste, and satisfaction for over 3 decades.

Starting so long ago with only three soups and five varieties of dips, our product line has expanded to 17 soups and 20 different dips, as well as a fine selection of breads, pies, and cobblers. In 2021 we introduced our new Louisiana Yard Bird chicken salad mix,and continue to add new choices annually. We have taken great care in crafting our recipes to make sure that your family leaves the dinner table with two things: a full belly and a big smile.

New Products

Buffaleaux Yard Bird Mix; this is the second chicken salad mix introduced by our company. You can bring home the sports bar hall of fame Buffalo wing without all the heat in chicken salad form.
